Renowned Industrialist, philanthropist ,Former caretaker punjab minister of industry and Ex-president of Chambers of Commerce and Industry Multan and Dera Ghazi Khan Khawaja Jalaluddin Roomi in his special statement on the eve of ‘Youm-e-Takreem-e-Shuhada-e-Pakistan’ paid rich tributes to the gallant heroes who laid down their lives for the cause of mother land. Jalal uddin Roomi said the sacrifices of martyrs and services of the "ghazis" are a valuable asset and pride for the country.He further said that a strong army guarantees the security and unity of the country.“Undoubtedly, we are living in a free atmosphere due to a sense of duty of our soldiers and great sacrifices of the martyrs”.He said that the country and the nation can never pay off the blood debt of the martyrs, after the sacrifices of millions of people, the nation was fortunate to see the sun of freedom, and countless martyrs who have rendered their sacrifices for country's stability, integrity, solidarity and independence during the last 75 years to make it strong and prosper . Martyrs are determined to protect the every inch of homeland boldly and open heartedly and they never hesitate to lay down their lives for this sacred cause. To pay tribute to their sacrifices, the entire nation is celebrating Martyrs' Day. The strong army of the country is the guarantor of the security and unity of the country. History is a witness that we have always valued the sacrifices of our martyrs, that our martyrs have kept us high by sacrificing their precious lives, similarly, the services of our Ghazis are our best asset. This is the reason. We always remember not only the families of the martyrs, but also appreciate the great sacrifices of the martyrs and veterans from the top leadership of the Pakistan Army and other law enforcement agencies to the common soldiers.
He said that in Pakistan, every patriot's heart is saddened by the damages done by the miscreants and spoilers and vandalising the sensitive installations of the Pakistan Army, so we should shed our political differences for the survival and security of Pakistan and to put country in the right direction. we must strengthen the hands of Pakistan Army so that it could defend our borders .
Khawaja Jalaluddin Roomi further suggested that today it is the need of hour that all political forces ,Parties and groups should sign a "Misaq -e-Jamhooriyet ,"( Charter of Democracy) besides reaching an economic charter .We should end our personal ego and join hands to combat the economic crisis. There is no doubt that at this time the entire The world's economic activities are suffering from recession. But our country is currently facing a political and economic crises, which is very dangerous for a developing country like Pakistan , that's why I suggest that political, social, economic and other sectors should be related. Institutions and individuals should agree on a one-point agenda for the improvement of the country that we must forget our political differences for the economic development of Pakistan, so that our worthy nation can improve.
