MULTAN, April 29th:Renowned Industrialist,Chairman of Multan Dry Port Trust (MDPT)and former Punjab caretaker Minister for industries Khawaja Jalaluddin Roomi paid rich tributes to the efforts of all the doctors, paramedics, policemen and the district administration of Multan by saying that they are our heroes and the nation will never forget these brave and courageous services.Paying tributes to the doctors, nurses and paramedics fighting the coronavirus he said“We salute all our doctors, nurses, paramedics & health officials who are at the forefront of the battle against coronavirus,”to appreciate those fighting on the frontline.He said tat Doctors and Paramedics have set precedences of sacrifices and their services would remember for centuries.Jalaluddin Roomi imported the protective goods from China for medical staff of Nishtar Hospital Multan .He handed over the goods to the Vice Chancellor of Nishtar University of Health Prof.Dr. Mustafa Kamal Pasha and President of PMA Multan Pro.Dr.Masud-ur-rauf ,Jalaluddin Roomi said on the occasion that Doctors are our "messiha" who saved us at the cost of their lives and Mehmood Group of Industries had ever set unprecedented traditions of meeting the requirements of needy people or institutions on crucial times.He vowed to keep continue the encouragement of the medical staff as well as lower staff
The Vice Chancellor of Nishtar University of Health Prof.Dr. Mustafa Kamal Pasha said that he is grateful to Mehmood Group of Industries for gifting safety goods in this difficult time.He appreciated the services of Mehmood Group and Khawaja Jalaluddin roomi for donating the Items in particular need include personal protective equipment, or PPE, which health-care workers require to keep themselves safe while treating infectious-disease patients.workers seeking things like N95 respirator masks, surgical masks, hand sanitizer, face shields and protective gowns.The need for PPE is growing while stockpiles are precariously low but Jalaluddin Roomi provided the goods which is sufficient for staff. He said that the corona situation in South Punjab and especially in Multan is under control due to the best strategy and timely decisions made by medical staff and administration.Khawaja Jalalauddin Roomi also distributed the ration among the lower staff of Nishtar Hospital.
