A vagabond Hunzla Sherani kidnapped a students of Ist year in a Local private college in Taunsa Sharif on Thursday and outraged her modesty .He also injured her private parts with a blade .Later he threw her in a street and made off. Rescue 1122 shifted her to Tehsil Head Quarter Hospital in critical condition. Hospital authorities have confirmed the rape in their initial report and sent her swabs to Laboratory .Assistant Commissioner Taunsa Ch.Naveed Derath took an immediate notice of this incident and ordered the police to arrest the culprit. Mother of the victim (B),Khadija Bibi who is a health worker told media men that Hunzla Sherani is an influential person and his family was threatening them for dire consequences if they moved to police or court.
Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar has taken notice of abduction and torture of a female student in Taunsa Sharif.
The Chief Minister has sought report from the Inspector General Police Punjab in this regard and directed to arrest the accused involved in this incident.
He has also advised the concerned officials to provide best treatment facilities to the affected girl.
