MULTAN, Sept 12th: Senior Politician Makhdoom Javed Hashmi has announced to support Begum Kalsoom Nawaz in by-election of NA-120 and he was optimistic that she would bag four times more votes than PTI candidate Yasmin Rashid because this constituency is of pro- Muslim league people. Hwe was addressing a Press Conference at Multan Press Club on Tuesday.He said that Kalsoom Nawaz is my sister and his prayers and sympathies are for her.Javed Hashmi said that Ch.Nisar Ali Khan would never quit Muslim League.and he would stay with this party however he would continue to express his reservations. To a question about the differences between the Ch.Nisar Ali Khan and Khawaja Muhammad Asif ,Javed Hashmi replied that once they were very close friends. If I were in Muslim League I would surely force to sit on one table. He said that Independence Cup will open gates for international cricket in the country and ICC has announced its plans for a World XI to play in Pakistan later this year are “continuing to be developed”, following the conclusion of its annual meeting in London. Criticising some politicians like Sheikh Rashid Ahmed, Javed Hashmi said that such politicians who are running on solar-energy would ceased to operate when there would be no energy. He announced that there would a separate province in Southern Punjab and its capital would be in Multan which is city of spiritual saints.To a Question, Javed Hashmi said that there were no differences between Mian brothers because Shahbaz Sharif gives repect to Mian Nawaz Sharif like father.He said that smaller provinces complained that corpses of their provinces were sent back and bigger province ciomplains that its three prime ministers were removed before completion of their tenure. Javed Hashmi reiterated his stance that Parliament should be superior to all institutions like a mother and Judiciary has no right to investigate the cases.Similarly NAB or FIA should have no judicial powers to decide the cases. Javed Hashmi said that Chief election commission should take action against Muslim League candidate if the Government machinery and funds were being utilised in by-election.He announced to contest general election from NA-149 and said that he can also contest polls from elsewhere because whole Pakistan is his constituency.Javed Hashmi claimed that all development schemes and projects like Cariology Institute, University of Engineer and Technology, Agriculture University, Women Univesity and Upgradation of Nishtar Medical College as University of Health Sciences, Kidney Centre, Burnt Unit, Fly-overs, 350 schools and colleges ,hospital were approved on his recommendations. Even International Airport Project was initiated by him.He said that people elected from Multan like Nawab Qasim Khan Khakwani, Malik Salahuddin Dogar,Faisal Mukhtar,Pir Riaz Hussain Qureshi (Mayors) Syed Fakhar Imam, Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani, Makhdoom Shah Mehmood Qureshi (District Chairmen) Sikandar Hayat Bosan, Syed Javed Ali Shah, Makhdoom Sajjad Hussain Qureshi and others did not get approve development schemes of collective interests.
