The Islamabad police on Thursday filed two separate cases of alleged physical abuse and molestation concerning minor girls.
Noon police station filed a case of physical abuse concerning a nine-year-old girl, DawnNews reported.
An unidentified man reportedly fled after physically assaulting the minor. Later, police lined a case against the unknown assailant after the girl's medial examination was conducted.
In Sabzi Mandi police station a case was filed against a suspect for trying to assault and molest an 11-year-old maid.
The underage maid started shouting when the suspect tried to molest her, upon which locals gathered and handed him over to the police.
Earlier, a girl was kidnapped from Togh Bala area of Kohat by a gang by attracting her through a young man for a marriage, police said.
